Two Research Assistant Positions （PhD) are available at the HKU Engineering1. Organic electrochemical transistor/neuromorphric deviceApplicants should hold a undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or related disciplines. They should have solid experience device fabrications and characterizations. Candidates with previous experience in flexible electronics, semiconductor devices and solid state physics is preferred. 2.Organic field effect transistor The project is about developing the high device density organic field effect transistors by reducing the dimensions of the devices. It will covers various challengers including channel patterning and metal/organic contacts. Both device fabrication and the corresponding device physics will be investigated in the project.
