BioArt人才Yi Zhang lab实验室简介 The Zhang lab is interested in how epigenetic and chromatin modification-mediated transcriptional regulation affects various biological processes, including preimplantation development, somatic cell nuclear transfer-mediated reprogramming, pancreatic cancer, and reward-mediated learning and memory. The lab is using a comprehensive approach, including embryo manipulation, somatic cell nuclear transfer, functional genomics, CRISPR-based genetic screen, single cell transcriptomics and epigenomics, MERFISH imaging, organoids, chemogenetics, optogenomics, neuronal tracing, IVSA, and other behavior assays to address the questions.
