The Su Lab at Yale School of Medicine is recruiting 1-2 postdoc fellows. We studies membrane remodeling and membrane-proximal signal transduction during immune responses. Using combined approaches of biochemical reconstitution, single molecule imaging, and cell engineering, we aim to address fundamental questions in the interface between cell biology and immunology. Our work may also lead to the development of new therapeutic targets and strategies for immune diseases and cancers.Currently we have three research directions. 1) Mechanism of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) signaling. 2) Roles of phase separation in lipid metabolism. 3) Dynamics and function of endoplasmic reticulum during T cell activation. For more information, please view our website (www.sulab.net).The Su Lab is located in the Department of Cell Biology, Yale School of Medicine. We are building up a team d
