With the development of robotics and artificial intelligence, both work of the hands and work of the head's being done by machines and algorithms.While we're happy to have our basic communication needs met by a chat bot, for example, when it comes to complex or nuanced issues, we want personal service.Work that uses skills that are uniquely human, skills which computers can't imitate.
