One step closer to breakdown and gluttony. I would have planned to have a break tomorrow but I just realised that there'll be a quiz then.

Several thoughts:
Hesitancy crossed my mind about whether the reality shows of
Apprentice
are effective for improving Spoken English, because they are so noisy. There are a lot of interruptions going on, and I can not get impressed by most of their sentences.
Current decision is to finish, like about 5 episodes, maybe in 10 days, and then switch to
The Friends
.
Also there's a hesitancy into the afternoon nap. Recent days I didn't go back home, I just tried to have a nap in the library. But literally I can't sleep well, there's no deep sleep, due to the uncomforted table. But again, going back home could also be disturbed by my roommates. It can't be satisfying on both counts, so I will make a note and decide whether to change that routine later.
Today I read the latest new on Fox, the one about Frank Luntz. Frank Luntz is the current Republican counsellor. I can't remember his occupation precisely, in fact I can't even remember his name after finish reading twice the article and listening to the radio several times. All I recall is that this is a hypocritical and disingenuous person who wants his liberal cake and to eat it.
So interest is really, really important. As I listened to almost a hundred times and even recited the commentary video of Piers on Trump, I still can't remember a thing of it. However, I can't almost retell Tucker Carlson's commentary on Biden's vaccine after one day. Interest is indeed foremost.
By the way, I notice that unlike Piers Morgan, Tucker Carlson rarely uses direct words, like hypocritical, salacious, greedy etc. He uses ironies instead. I can't say which method is more effective and destructive, but certainly the latter is smatter and would get less trouble with.
That should be an inspiration for me.
