We have an opening for a PhD Student with a focus on developing and understanding lead-free perovskites, as well as exploring their potential in solar cells. 课题组介绍 Our optoelectronics group focuses on solution-processed energy materials/devices, mainly based on semiconducting perovskites and organic semiconductors (https://liu.se/en/research/optoelectronics).The group is part of the Division of Electronic and Photonic Materials, where we develop photonic and electronic materials energy conversion and storage (https://liu.se/en/organisation/liu/ifm/efm). 研究内容 Halide perovskites have emerged as one of the most promising materials for next-generation optoelectronic devices, particularly in solar cells, LEDs, photodetectors, and lasers. Their rapid rise in efficiency, from ~3% in 2009 to over 26% today, rivals and even surpasses conventional silicon solar cells.
