He subsequently undertook postdoctoral research at Institute of Low temperature and Structure Research,  Poland and Paul Scherrer Institute, Switzerland. His research work was focused on quantum materials, electrical transport, muon spectroscopy, high-pressure research, and oxide thin films. Dr. Das has authored over 60 publications in peer-reviewed journals, including numerous articles in the Nature portfolio journals.
