职位信息 The 'Laboratory of Regulatory Evolution' (Tschopp Lab) at the Department of Environmental Sciences, University of Basel, is welcoming applications for a fully funded postdoctoral position #1 职位介绍 The goal of this Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF)-funded project is to investigate the gene regulatory logic of convergent cell fate specification in different parts of the developing vertebrate skeleton, compare it across different vertebrate species and investigate the role of the embryonic tissue environment and the species' habitats at large. You will be analyzing and producing a range of functional single-cell genomics data sets (single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell ATAC-seq single-cell multiome and spatial transcriptomics), EcoEvoDevo experimental settings and evolutionary-comparative studies across species. #2 申请要求 PhD degree in Bioinformatics or a related field.
