Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On May 7, CATL launched TENER Stack at the EES Europe in Munich, marking the unveiling of the world's first mass-producible 9MWh ultra-large-capacity energy storage system solution, according to a press release of CATL. The company said the launch represents a significant leap in system capacity, deployment flexibility, safety, and transport efficiency—signaling the start of a new era in large-scale energy storage technology. Compared to traditional 20-foot container systems, it boasts a 45% increase in space utilization and a 50% boost in energy density.
