Although foundational studies have deciphered the nerve dependence of cancers and revealed key signal factors of cancer-nervous system crosstalk, as well as targeted these modulators to improve anti-cancer therapy, mechanisms of nervous system-cancer interactions remain to be fully elucidated. This Special Issue plans to give an overview of the most recent advances in the field of cancer neuroscience and potential translational research in diverse areas.
