学院简介 01 南方科技大学 于2023年9月获批成为国家卓越工程师学院建设高校。学校于2023年12月会议讨论通过，正式成立国家卓越工程师学院（以下简称“学院”）。南科大按照国家卓越工程师学院建设要求，围绕半导体产业链中关键性技术问题，确定半导体物理与化学、半导体材料、半导体工艺与设备、半导体器件与集成等四大研究方向。学院将组建一支高水平、国际化的创新团队，积极推动产学研合作，为国家培养和输送卓越工程技术人才。 The National Graduate College for Engineers in Southern University of Science and Technology was officially established in 2023.
