Chery Group posts record-high quarterly sales in Q1 2025

Beijing (Gasgoo)-  In March, Chery Group sold 214,770 vehicles, marking an 18.3% year-on-year increase, according to the company's announcement on April 1. Of those, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. For the first quarter of 2025, Chery Group achieved a record-breaking quarterly sales of 620,025 vehicles, which jumped 17.1% year over year. Among which, Chery Automobile contributed 590,533 units, indicating an 18.8% increase compared to that of the previous year. In the Jan.-Mar. period, the group's NEV sales shot up 171.8% year-on-year to 163,458 units, and exports totaled 255,465 units, maintaining Chery's position as China's top auto exporter.
